Max39 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the max39 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and max39 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the max39 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by all Terms set out herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using this platform. max39 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use this service in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of max39 services, you are required to register and create a user account. By registering, you agree to:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and any other details requested.
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
- Taking full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify max39 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent suspensions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Max39 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents, to safeguard account security and comply with financial regulatory requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a max39 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are expressly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, data mining tools, or similar technologies to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
- Submitting false information, impersonating another individual or entity, or engaging in fraud in any form.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system, including the systematic use of low-risk strategies to meet wagering requirements.
- Taking any action that may compromise the integrity of gameplay, including colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
- Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any account balance, depending on the severity of the breach.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the max39 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and approved digital wallets.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the selected payment method and is subject to change. All deposits are processed through secure payment channels and are typically credited to your account promptly. max39 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required security checks are completed. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, except in special circumstances approved by max39 management. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed in your account settings.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Bonus conditions not met within the stipulated period will expire automatically. max39 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The max39 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, max39 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Max39 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraud, breach of these Terms, use of multiple accounts, or suspected money laundering activity. In cases of account closure due to user misconduct, any remaining balance may be forfeited at max39's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the max39 platform are the exclusive property of max39 or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from max39.
Third-Party Links
The max39 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. max39 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Max39 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notices or email to their registered address. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before being referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
